Online shopping is nice and of course very easy, you don't have to leave your own home to buy our products.
It is important that the products you order are delivered quickly and well packed and that your details are secure.

We have done our utmost to make shopping at Davo a safe and easy experience:
You can return your products to DAVO within fourteen days with our no quibble guarantee.
The Davo webshop has a SSL certificate; this means that your data is stored in a protected environment.
Payments to DAVO can be made by iDeal or PayPal; this way you can be sure that your payments are secure.

Processing your order
After you have placed an order you get a confirmation email.

Despatch
As soon as we have received your payment we will process and send you your order. If your order requires pre-payment then we will send the order the day payment is received.

Carriage
Inside the Netherlands the postal charges will be € 7.50 per order.
Outside the Netherlands the postal charges will be € 15.00 per order.

Returning your order
You have the right to return products within fourteen days to us,so long as they are undamaged and suitable for resale. Please include the packing and a copy of the invoice.

We will, of course, refund the full cost of the goods with the exception of the shipping costs. On receipt of your goods the products will be checked by us and if unharmed and in their original state, your payment will be refunded.

We aim to fully process all returns in two to five working days.

Our aim is always to find a satisfactory solution for both DAVO and the customer.
Davo aims to resolve all errors and disputes within 48 hours.

If DAVO and the customer cannot find a satisfactory resolution, the matter may be referred to the Home Shopping Disputes Committee.

Supply and delivery period
Davo normally have all products in stock. We aim to despatch all orders the same working day.

What happens if I am not at home? Depending on the postal service in your country, the order will normally be offered to you twice and if there is still no one at home the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.
